THE PLAZA HOTEL, MIDTOWN
Founded in 1907 and designated a New York City Landmark in 1969, The Plaza is listed on the Register of Historic Places and the only New York City hotel to be designated as a National Historic Landmark. The Plaza underwent an extensive lobby to roof restoration project. Opus gilded in gold leaf various ornamental plaster objects for the new lobby.
